Murphy Calendar Co. of St. Paul, MN featuring \"Minnehaha, Laughing Water\" by L.L. Goddard, a lovely Indian Princess gazing into the water below with advertising printed for The Coffeyville Vitrified Brick & Tile Co. of Coffeyville, Kansas. This old calendar features a lone January date pad, as this was a sample.
Full calendar measures an astounding 24 3/4\" x 46 1/2,\" Image sight size measures just under 17\" x 21 3/4.\" Our gallery sold the original L. Goddard painting of Minnehaha several years ago ~ , ~ it was spectacular . For those of you keeping track we acquired a storeroom full of these original archived Thomas D. Murphy Calendar Company inventory calendar prints (mostly their pin-up images) several years ago, the prints are fantastic and period old original sample lithographs that were kept in flat files in the Iowa warehouse and acquired directly from their vaults.
