If you have any questions or would like to discuss a offer you can call me on 07941 960824 or email me at Very rare Edwardian Sterling Silver Folding Buscuit Box hallmarked for London 1907 made By Alexander Clark (all individual attached pieces are hallmarked with leopards head and lion passant).in excellent condition, inside silver guilt, measures 21cm across x 24cm high x 14cm wide base when closed and 32cm wide when open, weight a heavy 1427grams (please view images for full visual description), a very rare and fine example.

Postage quoted on most large items are a guide and if I have overcharged by a significant amount will gladly refund the difference after taking packaging costs and fee's into consideration as I do not seek to make profit from postage costs.

Shipping

We understand postage is an added expense so we have decided to offer Royal Mail recorded delivery in all our sale style listings to help cut down the cost of postage, we strongly recommend Special delivery, please note these services are only available to UK destinations.

All free Shipping offers on buy it now items are offered on the full asking price and have a maximum compensation of £250 for overseas via international signed for delivery and £500 for mainland buyers via Special Delivery, depending on the items purchased this can be increased to up to a maximum of £2500 (please see pricing table below for mainland buyers), any items purchased on accepted offers will be subject to postage and shipping charges to cover cost of sending the item.

Over 2kg Parcelforce, compensation for loss or damage is not offered as Parcelforce do not offer compensation for antiques and items made of precious metals such as gold and silver, again customers are asked to make there own insurance arrangements and are also welcome to arrange there own shipping at there request upon which we will not charge for shipping.

In the event of loss or damage claims will only be accepted upto the maximum value of compensation offered per parcel by Royal Mail or Parcelforce and will be processed only after Royal Mail or Parcelforce have concluded all there investigations.

Terms of Sale

Please bare in mind that you will be offerding on Vintage and Antique items and in most cases close to or in access of 100 years old, these will have wear and marks and maybe some minor dinks or dents commensurate with age and use.

I kindly ask you to view and study all images and contact me if you have any queries before you offer or purchase, all images are of the actual items for sale, in the event that my description is proven to be misleading and inaccurate I will gladly refund the full purchase price and any shipping charges involved providing the item has been returned in original packaging and condition as sent and ask that you contact me within 24hrs of signed for receipt to report a problem via contact seller.

UK Buyers: We offer Next Day Special delivery (upto £500 compensation) if you require higher compensation or another form of delivery service please let me know before you offer or purchase a buy it now item, Recorded delivery is available upon request and sent at your own risk (does not cover damage or loss), we will combined shipping where possible on multiple items purchased (no more than 2 items per parcel) saving you money on post, after the initial charge for the largest item I will only charge for additional weight of other items and combine into one single parcel. a small charge is included for packaging costs.

I will ship within two working days of receipt of your cleared payment (excluding weekends) however please bare in mind that payments made by cheque usually require at least 5 to 7 working days to clear.
