Made between 1818 and 1837 when Abraham was at no 7 Bartlett street Bath, this is a fine and extremely rare example of a two draw gentleman\'s pocket monocular.

In lovely antique condition, the draw is marked with Abraham\'s details, this instrument would have been readily used for opera and theatre and many other venues.

J. Abraham, optician and mathematical instrument maker, to his R.H. the Duke of Gloucester, and his grace the Duke of Wellington. 7 Bartlett Street, Bath, and at his shop adjoining Mr Thompson\'s Pump Room, Cheltenham.
