Amagnificent pottery vase by Schramberger Majolika SMF.
It has a wonderful handpainted abstract decoration which differs fromlater pieces with the similar so called \"Gobelin\" pattern by itsfanciful and most finely execution. We never found a comparable item -it is absolutely rare.
Possibly it was a prototype respectively one of a kind, made in thelate 1920s when Eva Stricker - Zeisel worked for SMF as a productdesigner.
The vase has been purchased many years ago in the Schramberg region ofthe Black Forest. It has no maker\'s mark but it can definitely beattributed to SMF.

A very unusual and hard to find object for the collector ofSchrambergerMajolika. Don\'t miss this opportunity!

Weight: ca. 510 g Condition: Thevase is in excellent original condition with minimal signs of use andage, no damages. The painting of the opening shows a few irregularitiesdue to production. Pleasenote: Picturesof the items are part of the detailed description which has been madeto the best of our knowledge and belief.
Slight colour deviations are possible, depending on photographictechiques or different screen settings.
