Rare Gorham Silver Company sterling silver match safe in very nice all original condition. Wonderful patina, no repairs or damage. Opens and closes perfectly, spring is strong and closes tightly. Alligator pattern case with four real American silver coins applied. Coins are 2 dimes, dated 1853 and a quarter and a half dollar dated 1858. Safe measures 66mm by 38mm by 14mm and weighs 36 grams. marks are date mark (1889), 450 Gorham maker mark STERLING (pictured).
