This was a wonderful find! An absolutely beautiful, hand painted Rosenthal Plate, signed by the artist, and titled \"Schneerose\", which is the German Christmas Rose, of the Hellebore Family of flowers. The painting is amazing in it\'s detail. The colors, from the chartreuse tips to the golden stamen at the center, literally breathe life into this wonderful piece. It is signed E. Baumgartner on the back, and bears the earlier of the three Rosenthal Cartouches used between the two world wars, placing it\'s date of creation somewhere around 1925. It is 8 inches in diameter.
