This is a RARE Hand-Inked and Hand-Painted Commercial Animation Production Cel. I am not sure what year it is from but think it was used in a cereal Commercial. It measures 12 1/2\' x 10 1/2\" with three peg-holes on the bottom edge and the number 75 in the bottom right corner. The bottom of his shirt has a few lines.
