A rare solid silver Irish provincial serving spoon by renowned silversmith Carden Terry and Jane Williams of Cork
Assayed in Dublin, dated 1816.
Fiddle pattern handle , initialed DHto the terminal.
Condition: Very good antique condition , nice gauge and feel to the spoon. Usual wear to the surface , small scratches and nicks, typical of age and use. Nice example overall.
Hallmarks: Struck with makers mark CT/IW /Crowned harp/Hibernia / date letter U/Georgian Duty mark.
