SUPERB BOX

Please view daylight pictures and judge.

In our opinion  late 18th Century Circa 1780 - Intricate and very fine work.

It has been painted with a romantic scene and flowers all on a pink ground.

Excellent work made with precision , care and attention to detail..

What makes it rare iais its sheer size : It is approx. 5 and 1/4 inches / 132 mm diameter and 53 mm tall.

Overall really in pretty good antique condition . Some small losses , a ding and some wear - all as per pics.

( Unsurprising given age )

​However , a rare box that is highly collectable and still displays very well.
