I question if these were ever used, but I am listing them as used. This is because I don\'t have their original boxes and certificates. There is also a chance that there are imperfections. Because of the enormous detail, I didn\'t go through them with a finetooth comb.. that said I\'m selling these \'as is\'.I plugged them in and they seem to be plugged in for the first time.
There are 16 items but only 15 electrical cords to light them up so one is missing. There is also one lightbulb missing so that means that there are 14 working plugs and the 15th plug works it\'s just missing a lightbulb.Also there is one house that is has a piece that\'s broken off on the BACK of the house - it is pictured - but unfortunately I forgot to write down which house. I will try to to investigate that but I do not want to unpack everything that I have diligently wrapped and boxed.Here is a list of the items:

It is heavy - weighing about 50 pounds and there\'s no packaging or handling fee in the shipping price and I will be including insurance.I have a ton more pictures of this village. it\'s beautiful and I will try to update this posting with a link to those pictures.Good luck I know this is rare & exciting!
