Not common 5 spoke steel balance which swings and the movement will tick when swung in the hand, although the balance wheel does have a wobble. Maintaining power.Fusee chain on, fully wound , not working. Lacking cap.
Stop start lever at 7.Diamond endstone , superbly engraved cock with Griffin or Phoenix.
Off white flush enamel dial, as imaged , no imperfections that I can see.
