A very rare garment, in brand new, unused condition and of historical interest, is offered for sale. The garment is a men\'s suit hand tailored in Syria for the Italian apparel concern Victorio De Milano. The suit features classic 3-button, Ventless Italian design, and exudes the highest level of tailoring workmanship and attention to detail.This suit pre-dates the ongoing Syrian Civil War, which has destroyed the nation\'s once flourishing apparel and textile industry. It is likely the only brand-new, unworn, pre-war suit made in Syria available. It is in pristine condition, and retains the original external sales labels - there are two on the outside of the left jacket sleeve, one gives size and style number and the other has company logo. In addition, the original tack stitching in the lower 2 jacket pockets is intact, and the trouser legs each have 2 protective pins on the bottom; those familiar with suit tailoring will recognize that these features are put in the suit to protect it during the manufacturing and tailoring process, and are only removed when the suit is in the customer\'s hands and is ready to wear.
