Up for sale is a Rare NOS Vintage Steel MechanicalSeiko \"Unique\" Pocket watch. This watch is 100% original the dial, case, crown, and movementare all original and/or signed Seiko.
The Watch case and case back Solid StainlessSteel. The inner-case back is marked with the Seiko logo and “Stainless Steel 14050 U.” It’s in original vintage condition with no dents or scratches and over all its in near NOS (New Old Stock) condition. The acryliccrystal is free and clean of any scratches. The case is in good solid conditionwith no personal engraving and the snap case shut tightly. The dial is 100%factory original in good clean condition, with some very very light ageing. The hands are clean and in greatshape.
The movement is a Japan made Seiko 15 Jewels. According toresearch the Seiko \"Unique\" model is an earlier Seiko watch that was produced from 1955 to around 1959.The \"Unique\" model, like many of Seiko earlier models, are scares and quite uncommon to find. What makes this model rare and unique (no pun intended) is that its a pocket watch or a pendent watch, these are seldomly seen. The condition is near NOS with all theoriginalfactory finish still strong and unpolished. TheReferencenumber is, 14050. Over all this is a great watch for any watch collector.
Currently the movement is Running when wound. Since themovement has not been services and it is a vintage watch, time keeping cannotbe guaranteed and is being sold as-is with the recommendation that it beserviced by a reputable watchmaker.
