In quaint Old English script that is quite readableThe top of the indenture reads:
\"This Indenture made the first day of January
in the sixth year of the Reign of Sovereign Lord George the Third\"King George III was the last King of America
And when this document was written 1766, he was still ruling the American Colonies With signatures and red seals of William Lacy and Thomas & Elizabeth Boyes on verso Here\'s a Description of the Images displayed above:
