These highly unusual, very crudely made 6 inch blacksmith-type tongs were an estate sale find. There is no maker markings on them. It\'s an unusual item for sure. I\'ve been speculating that this was made as a toy for a child or perhaps was a practice piece for someone learning blacksmithing. Don\'t know, just guessin\'.
