USSR, 1950s. Silver 916, enamel. Rhombus belonged graduate of the Military Medical Academy. SM Kirov. Great condition. Signs of this type have been approved by the Decree of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR in 1950 and entered the Order of the Minister of War January 29, 1951. Produced until 1957.
