This is a rare collection from an estate sale in Indianapolis Indiana.Ada Spencer the collector was a stanch Republican supporter and curator for the \"James Whitcomb Riley\" museum in Greenfield Indiana. It seems she had regular correspondence with Mr. Nixon.
I have not had these authenticated and am selling these as a lot \"as is\" from the estate sell.
1. PHOTO -\"with appreciation and best wishes from Dick Nixon\" signed in ink long-hand. B/W 4.5\" x 6.5...envelope dated June 6th 1960.2. Letter typed on White House header typed signature...envelope dated Nov 3rd ,1972.3. Letter typed on \"Office of the Vice President\" letterhead with seal...April 19,1960 ,signed \"Dick Nixon\" long-hand.4. From \"White House\" with Presidential Seal on envelope ,dated Aug 6th , 1974...from \"Pat Nixon\" thank you card auto-pen it looks like.5. Christmas card Photo \"Office of the Vice President\" ,Feb 23rd ,1961.
I again received all of these items at an estate sale...and am selling the lot as is....
