Each piece is handmade to order by the Royal Doulton artisans in England and this one is certainly no exception as you can see from the pictures above. The details in his eyes and the deep rich orange that is mainly on the front of the piece but is also found throughout the piece is quite magnificent. His eyes are just great, like he is right there in front of you. With that wonderful stern, yet strong stance he will be there to stand guard over you for as long as you own him.

I really love the colouring in this one and it has to be one of the finest pieces I have every seen with this much colour and detail in him.
