This is a RARE and hard to find Art Nouveau Stoneware Whisky Flagon with an applied floral impressed design and dimples around the mottle green body. Impressed to the base is the Doulton England with Lion and the number 2558 and the makers initials G.P. and H D.

The jug is in excellent original condition, free from chips, cracks and repair, but with normal firing imperfections particulary to base as shown in photographs. The stopper is impressed with the number 3381 and has chips to the end as shown in the photographs. (cannot be seen once inserted into the jug)
