You are looking at a beautiful guilloche enamelled pendant. It has the 56 Russian gold marks and what looks to be the workmaster mark EK - probably for Erik Kollin who worked for Faberge. The height is approx 1.6cm exc ring and there are two very minor enamel dings as per the photographs.
