Gorgeous Large and detailed men\'s pinkie or women\'s solid silver cameo ring. This piece is amazing I have never seen anything like it. Carved on sides and front. Looks like a man with a wreath of leaves around his head. Marked sterling inside band. Size is about 7 1/2 (see photos) and weight is 10.82 grams. Please see photos for further details. Ring is in very good condition, some normal light scratches on band and may need a polishing but will leave up to new owner. Have no idea of value so leaving it up to buyers. Any info on this ring please let me know. Would love to hear from you.
