A beautifully detailed metal souvenir tray showing Coney Island, Luna Park, and the Steeple Chase near Coney Island in New York! This is 7 3/4\" long by 5 1/2\" high. It\'s a dish type tray and has beautiful raised detail. There are six sections including Bird\'s Eye View of Luna Park, Luna Park Surf Avenue, Luna Park, Boardwalk looking East from Steeplechase Pier, Steeplechase Swimming Pool, and Steeple Chase Coney Island N.Y.. The tray has a nice floral boarder. This is in excellent condition. The back has the marking \"M.N. Co. Made in Japan.\" Luna Park opened in May 1903 and the Steeplechase Park burned during the 1907 season. It was rebuilt for the 1909 season but had a different appearance and featured a new \"Pavilion of Fun\".This tray was made sometime duringthe early years of Coney Island and Luna Park.
