RARE STERLING SILVER GUILLOCHE ENAMEL COMPACT BOX ANTIQUE 1923 STUNNING:

A beautiful sterling silver giltand guilloche enamel compact. It is hallmarked with Glasgow import marks for1923 with the importer being SLD, I suspect it would have been imported from Norway. It has a stunningdesign having a guilloche enamel hand painted lid depicting two nymph likegirls playing. The whole piece has been gilded. It is in super condition beingfree from dings splits and repairs. The mirror is in very good condition havingno cracks or chips as is the enamel. It measures 1.75 inches (4.4cms) by almost1.5 inches (4cms) and weighs 18 grams. A beautifully made very high quality moreunusual example.
