Overall in good condition condition! I don’t see any damage at all , handle moves up and down freely as it should with little resistance, if you were going to pump water with it I would assume you would need to replace the gaskets/leathers inside , it’s a heavy piece and will be shipped whatever service is most affordable at the time , will ship 2 days after payment, See all the photos for best description, My response is perfect!
