This rare and uniquewind - up Elephant with his globe and airplane whirly measures8 3/4\"tall 5\" wide across the base in diameter, and 4\" inches in depth,front of globe to back of Elephant. Itis avery colorful tin litho wind-up toy with Elephant holding a globe. Hehas a fancy blanket painted on hisback, and his trunk up with a 2 piecered, yellow, and blue whirly blade, and 2 yellow, blue, white and red planes.When wound his 2 whirly blades, with the2 planes swing out. I AM NOT a toy expert so I will describe what I see. (Pleaseask questions if needed). He comes with a permanent wind lever (push it over and let goto wind) in the side, winds well, has a strong spring, works well. He is inexcellent vintage condition with No bends, no dents, no gouges, no majorscratches, which is amazing considering his age. (NOTE! In excellent used and workingcondition) He is markedonhis feet in yellow with blackletters MADE IN US ZONE, GERMANY.(see photo) CuteElephant in wonderful condition,making this awonderful addition for any collection.
