This sale is for the ORIGINAL, VINTAGE APPX. 4.75x5.75-INCH DOUBLEWEIGHT BLACK AND WHITE FIBER GELATIN SILVER PHOTOGRAPH listed in the item title and shown in my scan. This is a rare image of renowned athletic model and competitive bodybuilder BILL PASK photographed during the Mr. America contest at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Tuesday, May 26, 1940.

This is a wonderful vintage print on doubleweight fiber photographic paper. It is in VERY GOOD condition, although it was part of the model\'s personal scrapbook of images, which were removed from their pages by an earlier collector (some of which, like this print, lost tiny bits of their corners and emulsion in the removal). Therefore, the very tips of the edges have album-insert markings and paper loss at the edges, as well as some foxing to the image area that is apparent when the print is turned in raking light. This print is accompanied by the model\'s own notation of the date and event, which must have been taped down onto the album page below the photograph.
