We recommend replacing the insoles of pre-owned boots. We do not replace insoles when the boots arrive at our warehouse, and there are no guarantees that the insoles will be in acceptable, wearable condition. Although our facility is smoke-free, we do not know the ownership history of any of our items, and cannot guarantee that they come from a similar smoke-free Environment. We do have pets at our facility, so if pet [or smoke] allergies are an issue for you, this is not the best sale to offer on
