Up for sale is an antique D.W. Brunton\'s transit compass. It has a patent date of Sept. 18, 1894 and ismarked Wm. Ainsworth & Sons, sole manufactures, Denver, Colo. U.S.A.. It has a leather case and it\'s in rough shape, but still serves its purpose. The transit compass is in working condition, glass is in tact, mirror is cloudy from age, but not broken. The case has a nice patina, but could be polished out and look really nice, but a lot of people like things original, so I left it as I found it, for whoever buys it to do as they like.If you have any questions, please don\'t hesitate to ask.
