Description
Offered today is a rare antique SOLID 14K YELLOW GOLD blue guilloche\' enamel chain necklace. It is beautiful in its simplicity.This chain necklace was purchased with the sterling silver blue enamel ball watch (which has recently been sold and is therefore unavailable--watch is just for display in the pictures). Rarely do you see a chain like this in solid gold--the enameled chains are most often 800 silver or sterling silver. I could not find another like it anywhere. When considering the price, it is NOT about \"scrap gold weight\", but the aesthetic and antique value of the piece.This chain features ten double-sided stations of bright turquoise blue enamel. All are in perfect condition. The chain itself is a fine curb link. You can wear this alone as a long chain (looks great against a black top!), or doubled, as I\'ve shown it on the neck stand, or with a pendant large or small, if you so choose. The chain is 32\" long. It is hallmarked 14K with maker\'s mark A Co.
