Rare Vintage CINER Clown Brooch Pin With Hat Enameled Guilloche & Rhinestones:

This is a wonderful Ciner whimsical clown brooch pin, wearing a black enamel derby hat that is circled by a rhinestone hat band. He has a white enameled face adorned with rhinestone eyebrows and nose, golden rhinestone eyes and a red guilloche enameled mouth. His oversized green guilloche bow tie also has rhinestone adornments. His straw textured hair is a gold metal, in looking at the photos I see a bit of wear that I did not see in real life. The other minor flaw is 2-3 cracks within his green bow tie. It is marked CINER Copyright mark. It measures just shy of 2\" long, and slightly wider than 1-1/4\".
