I am a bicycle collector and this is one of the most rarest, bizarre, and perhaps dangerous (and short lived) kid\'s machines I have come across and I cannot find another one on the internet.

Appears to work on a leafspring concept with a lever that shifts a tension bar underneath that controls the bounce and there are brake stopsbehind the wheels to keep the pony moving forward.

I came across this loose and put it together so not sure if anything is missing or if it is together correctly... having no reference.

There is a tear at the base of the head and one of the wooden handles have broken off and wood glued back together (not surprisingly), other than that everything looks to be original and the hard tires show very little use.
