Hi And Welcome to my sale~~Today I have a Really Beautiful Rare Vintage Pink, Green & White Applique Quilt Water Lily\'s approx 1930\'s Expertly Hand Quilted on a Crisp Muslin Cotton back round ~ with Solid Prints and a Pink & White Ditsy Print of the day ~ This was probably not a Kit Quilt it has a Real Art Deco Flare ` Hand Quilted at approx ~ 7 tiny Stitches to the Inch~~ This Quilt is in Near Pristine Vintage Condition ~No Holes, one small area of Fraying of the binding at the top of the quilt , No excessive wear to the Fabrics a few very small age Stains ~The backing is an all cotton muslin backing~~This Quilts Fabrics are Still Crisp & Vibrant` the Binding is an applied Binding and it is hand stitched closed on the Front side~ I did give this Quilt A Gentle Bath ~it was laid out to Dry in our Farm Fresh Country Air So this Quilt is Fresh & Clean This is I am sure an Original design by the Quilter he or she would have probably Traced their design on paper then cut it out to use as a Template ~ I sure hope you Can see The Beautiful Hand Quilting ~ and it s A Heirloom Quality Early Paper Cut Applique ~
