- Here is a very rare Popeye Battery Operated Tin Lantern made by Line Mar Japan (Marx) in the 50\'s. He stands 7.5 inches high and is a real beauty. The colors are bright and pretty much free from unwanted marks. His battery compartment is also in nice clean condition so I see no reason why he wouldn\'t work except for the fact that, as you can see, he is missing his light globe. I would imagine it to be pretty easy to find a suitable replacement.
