I\'ve been told the name of this piece is....\"The Best Is Not Too Good\"....by a....Harry Simeon....1925 era? Fresh from an old estate. Jar stands about 4 1/2 inch high and about 5 3/4 inch dia. Spring on the clamp cover holds it snug. I don\'t see any damage or repairs...supersize photos. Nice, old and rare. Number X8598 and pat. # 194168 on the metal top clamp part.
