For sale is have a rare Art Deco desktop barometer. This piece looks to be in pretty good shape for its age with very minimal cosmetic wear. Excellent Art Deco style, and a perfect collector or decorator piece. A couple knicks to the black paint here and there. Probably some dust in the nooks & crannies. No rusting anywhere that I could find. The chrome still shines nicely when buffed up.
Honestly this piece is much different than other barometers that I have seen in the past so I am not sure how accurate it is, or really how it works. All of the months are here for the calender but the dates are missing 2 cards (four days). Overall this is an excellent piece for any collector of barometers, or lover of original Art Deco pieces. Please ask questions before buying and thanks for looking.
Barometer measures 10\" long, 6\" wide, and 5.5\" tall. This piece will weigh around 4 lbs once safely packed up.
