Vintage Navajo Bisbee Turquoise Sterling Cluster Ring 8 DescriptionA lady withoutjewelsis like a night without stars...~ Rare vintage Navajo Bisbee turquoise sterling cluster ring with silver twisted wire and hand-stamped raindropornamentation. Raised flush-cut bezels. Triplehand-split four wire shank. Superb cabochonsandcraftsmanship ~

Stones:Bisbee (AZ) turquoise. Intense bright blue with dark reddish-lavender matrix. Several satellite stoneseven transition slightly into the green color rangewhile remaining well-matched to the stones around them. Satellite stones were also designed to be able to \'float\' just a bit over time withintheir tall flush-cut bezels which have a slightly smaller diameter at the top than the bottom, holding each stone securely in place.

Bisbee is mined near Bisbee, AZ. It is a by-product of a large copper mine usually coming from a section known as the \'Lavender Pit\'. The best grades are the deep, intense blue, with slight transparency and a dark reddish-black veining.There are also many color shades from light to dark blue, and light to very attractive dark green.
