Original WW-I era US Army canteen for the Mounted Horse Cavalry; included are the U.S. marked canvass canteen cover, 1918-dated aluminum canteen by B.A. Co and 1918-dated aluminum cup by AGM Co. The canteen and cup are in excellent 100% serviceable condition; the cup is scratched with a name which looks like INGRYK, the canteen is signed as well but the writing is ineligible. Canteen cap is stamped with numbers 2.106 (regiment number ??). Correct canteen cover with leather suspension carrier designed to be clipped onto the standard McClellan cavalry saddle (leather carrier has fallen apart since; only a few pieces remaining). The cover webbing itself is nice and soft and mold free; an entire set weights about 1 lb 6 oz. This is 100% authentic piece of WW-II era American servicemen field gear; guaranteed original or your money back.

This item has not been cleaned or tampered with in any way; 100% original condition.
