DescriptionRare large size full body opera doll; comes with original silk box - seems hardly to have been used as the colour of the costume is so fresh and vibrant; possibly dated to the 1940s-50s; has small paint loss to his forehead and a yellow silk tassel has come off the headdress; the box is quite tatty, but still well preserved.

Size of the box 42.5cm x 28.5cm x 6.5cm wide. Size of the doll 42cm long from feet to headdress, also his hand look as if he could be carry something but these were missing.This is doll number 1 of 2 listings
