Description: A fine pair of GeorgeIII small trefid spoons dating to c1765 by mid eighteenth century Hugenotmakers Sebastian and James Crespell. The stems are decorated with wonderfulfoliate scratch engraving having oval cartouches front and back, the ones onthe reverse engraved \'E\'. The bowls have further \'flame\' decoration on thebacks and fine rats tails. A greatpair of collector\'s spoons.

Condition: In stunning condition,the engraving, the trefid terminals, the rims of the bowls, the heels and rattails showing virtually no signs of age and wear after 250 years, and clearhallmarks.
