Beautiful vintage c.1980s Dupont Maki-e Urushi lacquer lighter- made in France, but for the Asian market. It is in very presentable used condition, with a few age related light scratches and light wear in general, plus coupleofsmall chips to the lacquer- one deeper one on the lid and two very slight ones on the side, but it is overall extremely smart, and a desirable lighter in a rare and exclusive finish. Please see photographs for details.It comes with its original box, outer box, paperwork and the guarantee card, stamped for Hong Kong Airport Duty Free, and dated (I think) 3-7-89. It was in good working order when last used a few months ago, but of course will be sent without gas inside.
