Raul Corrales was the official photographer of Fidel Castro between 1959 and 1961. He was one of the artists in the forefront of Cuban photography of the time, aiding in the creation of a definitive body of work that became the face of the Revolution to the outside world. He died in 2006.
This photo was printed and signed by Raul Corrales in Havana, Cuba in 2002. It was hand carried to Baltimore where it wasprofessionally framed.
The photo is 7 3/4 inches tall and 11 3/4 inches wide. The frame is 15 3/4 inches tall by 18 inches wide. The glass is UV protected.
