We test all electronics before we ship. In addition all controllers are tested at the manufacturer (Razor, Currie, Pride, etc) before they ship to us, and we then test them again before they leave our warehouse right before we ship to you. We do everything possible to make you happy with your purchase!

We will accept returns on other items unless noted above on the description. You must ship the item back to us. Once we receive and process the return (within 7 days) a refund will be issued for the cost of the item minus our cost to ship it to you and a 15% restocking fee. Even if an sale was “free shipping” we still had to pay for the shipping, so that will be deducted from your refund.
