A sterling silver coffee pot in the Francis I pattern, designed by Ernest Meyer circa 1906 and made by Reed & Barton in 1950 or after. With regard to the sizes of Francis I coffee pots offered by Reed & Barton (there are at least two), this pot belongs to the largest.Signature and Other Hallmarks

1. Exterior
In excellent to fine condition, with a mirror-like surface having no dents, dings, gouges, repairs, deep scratches, etc. The pattern is crisp throughout. There are no monograms nor evidence of removal thereof. The hinges are properly fitted and not loose. The insulators are tight and show no cracks. The pot does exhibit the very light, shallow scratches customarily found on pre-owned silver that has been well cared for. It has recently been hand-polished.2. Interior
The interior of the pot is clean and substantially, if not indeed entirely, tarnish-free (see the ninth photo).3. Underneath base
Generally the underneath base is not polished nearly as highly as the exterior, with the exception of those areas that are immediately adjacent to the bottom-most outside border. It does exhibit some scattered areas of fairly heavy tarnish (see the last two photos).MY RETURN POLICY
