An elegant Reed and Barton Sterling Silver Gravy Boat and Under-plate
for sale. The pattern is Dublin, # X600. The gravy boat is of good
size and has a monogram engraved on one side. The heavily scrolled
letters look to be CCH. The handle is of a practical size. The
fluted pattern on the Boat and the Under-plate is elegant and classic
and flares at the rim. The same pattern carries through to the oblong
Under-plate. The Reed and Barton Mark and pattern number are engraved
on the bottom of both pieces, and the mark dates it to 1937.The gravy boat measures 7 inches from lip to top of handle. Just over
2 inches high at the sides and 3 inches high at the lip.
The Underplate is 8 inches long and 5 inches wide at it\'s widest.Pieces are in very good condition with some slight age related scratching.
The total weight of both pieces together is 12.1 oz.Ref. S4209
