This is an original Remington factory made HEAVY PROFILE TARGET BARREL for the Remington Model 513T rifle in .22 long rifle caliber. It measures 27 inches long. It has a recessed crown that is perfect! The barrel has never been mounted on a rifle, and the bore is new and unfired. There are a few tiny rust spots in the slots for the extractors and a few more that are so small that they can hardly be seen at all. No rust pitting and never refinished or altered in any way. There are a few small handling marks such as light scratches and tiny nicks, but nothing ugly or detracting in any way. There are 2 drilled and tapped holes at the end of the barrel for mounting a front sight, but none has ever been installed. There are no other holes anywhere. The only markings are the ones in the pictures. These barrels have been out of production for years and are hard to find in any condition. This barrel would make an excellent upgrade, or replacement for your worn or damaged barrel on your Remington 513 series rifle! Please check out my other listings for more vintage parts!
