I have personally put 150-200 (conservative) hours into this pin, getting it in the best possible condition with no real thought of money invested. This is a hobby for me and I do it because I love to do it. This is a list of what I have done. I will no doubt leave some things out so if you have a question please ask. This was not a shop job. It was a full tear down and rebuild restoration. Every nut, bolt and screw was a project in itself. Ultrasonic cleaning, tumbling, machine buffing and ultrasonic cleaning again for every part on this machine. To start I stripped the machine completely. Playfield and cabinet no two parts were touching. The cabinet was sanded down to clean bare wood, repaired and repainted. The playfield was stripped top and bottom, touched up, clear coated with auto clear and rebuilt. I could make a list of the new parts but it would be much quicker to make a list of the parts that are not new. It even has all new labels. Model and serial # labels, backbox tech info and coil wrappers are all new and look great. New ramp, plastics, flippers, plunger, plunger housing, beacon light motor, legs, etc, etc, the list goes on and on. All the mechanisms were of course rebuilt with all new parts. Coil sleeves, plungers, rubber grommets, springs and many switches throughout the machine are all new.
This machine is basically new again. IT PLAYS FAST AND FLAWLESSLY! The electronics were not forgotten in the process. All the boards have been cleaned and serviced, connectors and pins replaced where needed, all solder joints reflowed, voltages tested for accuracy throughout the boards and all 5 chips upgraded to the latest versions. I didn\'t forget anything. This is a show piece. Anyone would be proud to add this to their collection. I put a huge number of hours restoring this machine, but that\'s ok, I love doing it.
