Here is the retired miniature Hagen Renaker Mustang, turning (Model A-360) figurine in the matte bay finish. Any reflections are due to harsh lighting; the finish is true matte. Designed by Maureen Love, it is beautifully detailed with expressive shading and eye whites. It was issued for one year only, 1958 - 1959. There are no cracks, chips, breaks or repairs. There is a tiny bit of glue residue on the right side, noticeable in the photo, which I have since removed. This guy is mint!
Hagen Renakers are made in California and are highly collectible. The company has been producing miniature figurines since the early 1950\'s. Old and/or rare models can be worth hundreds of dollars, while others are highly affordable for the beginning collector. Some of the models I sell may have crazing of the outer glaze, which is common in these figures and most collectors do not consider it a flaw. I will not mention crazing in the description - please check the photos carefully if crazing is an issue for you. The picture is part of the description.
