“With a menu of fresh hot popcorn, ice cold soft drinks, delicious hot dogs and your favorite candy, no one can resist rushing to the refreshment stand during the intermission.” Department 56 Stardust Refreshment Stand #55066 “Set of Seven”, for use with #55064 Stardust Drive-In Theater or as a stand-alone display. The “set of seven” includes the 1950s refreshment stand building and six freestanding drive-in movie speakers, with a retro-style “Stardust Drive-In Theater” sign that fits atop the building\'s roof. Introduced in 2001, retired in 2003. Stored in its original Dept. 56 Styrofoam box and cardboard sleeve. This addition to the Original Snow Village Collection features the great whimsical detailing Dept. 56 is known for – the refreshment menu is posted, three stations of mustard, ketchup and napkins are on the stand’s counter to accommodate a busy rush of customers anxious to get back to their cars before intermission ends, and there’s even a “His” and \"Hers\" restroom door on either side of the Refreshment Stand for patrons who need to make a pit stop..Contents: One ceramic house; Light cord with switch; Six ceramic drive-in movie speakers; and One rooftop sign. Department 56 Fresh Fallen Snow (#56.49979) and Frosted Topiary Trees (#56.52019) pictured on the box sleeve are NOT included. We purchased this at an estate sale, where the previous owner evidently liked to purchase these, and never got around to using them. This is an adorable Village Accessory which would look great with any Dept 56 or Seasonal Village display.This set is in Mint condition. This piece was carefully stored by previous owner. Building and speakers are bright and clean. Sleeve and Styrofoam box are crisp & clean, with no rips or tears.
