How to Use Clear & rubber cling Stamps: Peel Clear or rubber cling stamp(s) from carrier and press one or more designs onto acrylic block. Apply ink to stamp(s). You can see through theblock for accurate positioning. Clean stamp on Rubber Scrubber with stamp cleaner or water. Air dry, then return stamp to stamp carrier. Stamps will magically cling to the acrylic block over and over again! The stamps are flat so they don\'tneed much storage space!Acrylic Blocks sold separately! As of January 17, 2016 the US post office will increase their fees. Everything that weighs up to 8 ounces will have the same cost to your country. Because I ship all over the world I will list the highest shipping costs and either refund your pay pal account if a refund is due or give you a manual invoice if you have not paid for shipping.

Until you are used to the new postage you may want to contact me about what will go into an envelope to take advantage of the new weight requirements. The new rates are now priced the same for 1 oz to 8 oz. They no longer give a break for smaller items except for the items I am able to send by 1- 2 stamps for the stamp sets that are priced up to $3.99 that are marked with the lower shipping costs. I will be happy to work with you to ship the cheapest way I can.

Combined shipping for larger orders: I will ship anything that will fit into a priority flat rate envelope for one low fee of $29.95 for up to 2 lbs. (Canada only: $23.95 for up to 2 lbs.)
