This is a leather cartridge/bullet carrier. It has Rock Island Arsenal 1903 and initials T.C. On it. It also has 53 imprinted on the latch. It is in very good condition for its age. It comes from my 96 year old grandfathers house. He wants me to sell a lot of his stuff so keep an eye on my listings if your looking for anything old.
